The winter conscription will start in Armenia on November 14: the respective draft decision was adopted today during the government’s session. According to the draft, the winter conscription of military and alternative service will start on Novebmer 14 and will end on January 31, 2020.
During the winter conscription of 2019, which ends on January 31, 2019, it is provided to demobilize the private servicemen of obligatory military or alternative service in the term defined by the law and to release the servicemen carrying out alternative working service in the defined term.
A respective republican conscription commission will be set up for organizing the winter conscription.
