The total volume of taxes paid by 1000 largest taxpaying companies in January-September 2019 amounted to 765 billion drams, which is 13,5% more compared to 2018’s indicator, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on Facebook.
“In the first 9 months of 2019 – compared to the same period of time of the past two years, the total volume of taxes paid by the top 10, 50 and 100 largest taxpaying companies to the state budget also grew.
In January-September 2019 the 10 largest taxpayers paid approximately 190 billion drams to the state budget, which is 21,5 billion drams or 12,6% more compared to last year. The 100 largest taxpayers, compared to 2018, paid 50 billion drams more in taxes․
During the executive period of 2019, in order to be included in the 1000 largest taxpayers’ list it was required to pay at least 119 million drams in taxes in the 2019 reporting period, in 2018 – a bit more than 98 million drams, while in 2017 only 80 million drams in taxes would be sufficient to be included,” wrote the Prime Minister.
