The U.S. Congress members, who visited Artsakh, have been blacklisted by Azerbaijan. However, they are not upset, they are only more determined to support Artsakh. Artsakh Foreign Minister believes that the resolution of the House of Representatives to recognize the Armenian Genocide is important for Artsakh’s security too.
