Former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, who is indicted in the March 1 case with the accusation of Constitutional order upheaval, has returned from Germany, where he was receiving treatment, as reports Ohanyan’s attorney Karen Mezhlumyan.
Ohanyan had requested from the court to allow him to leave Armenia briefly for the purpose of treatment. The court approved the motion. Next hearing on the case of Robert Kocharyan, Seyran Ohanyan, Yuri Khachaturov and Armen Gevorgyan will take place at 13:00, November 5.
