Three weeks ago, the European Court issued another verdict regarding the March 1 case. It said that the Armenian Government did not guarantee the basic rights of the citizens after the presidential election of 2008.
On the basis of the conclusions presented in the verdict of the European Court, the General Prosecutor’s Office has filed a motion to the Court of Cassation to overturn the judicial act of 2008 regarding the case of Davit Matevosyan.
