Defense Minister of Armenia Davit Tonoyan received the newly-appointed Head of the EU Office to Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Victorin.
The Minister stressed the active relations between Armenia and the EU in the recent period and the dynamic development of collaboration in various fields.
Both parties highlighted the importance of the support of the European Union in terms of the stable progress of the public administration reforms and democratic institution development, and mentioned the wide prospects of collaboration in the defense sector.
The parties also discussed other issues concerning regional security and settlement of existing conflicts.
