Former Vice President of the United States and candidate from the Democratic Party for the 2020 Presidential Election Joe Biden welcomed the resolution to recognize the Armenian Genocide passed in the House of Representatives.
"By acknowledging this genocide we honor the memory of its victims and vow: never again," he wrote on his Twitter page.
