“On the background of the ongoing CIS Defense Ministerial session in Baku, the Azerbaijani side is openly turning to provocations, causing tension at the Armenian state border. We call on the Azerbaijani side to refrain from provocations and we note from our side that the provocations will not remain unanswered, however after the session,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan wrote on Facebook.
