The Criminal Court of Appeal left unchanged the decision of the Court of First Instance to release director of Multi Group Sedrak Arustamyan on bail.
The Prosecutor’s office had filed a complaint against the decision of the Court
to release Arustamyan on bail for 20mln AMD. The charges concern the construction program of North-South road corridor. He is accused of fraudulent business activity, large-scale tax evasion, as well as large-scale money laundering.
