Republic of Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan received Martha Mensoian, a Board Member of the Armenian Women’s Welfare Association.
They discussed the implementation of several social programs in Artsakh.
The President stressed the importance of cooperation with NGOs, expressing the view that it is necessary for successful implementation of various projects.
