The Presidents of Turkey and Russia have met in Sochi. The Kremlin informs that the talks over Syria will be complicated. Turkish President Erdogan announced earlier of his intention to restart military action in Syria if the US does not carry out the obligation to withdraw the Kurdish forces within 120 hours.
