Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan received the 2018 laureate of Aurora Prize Kyaw Hla Aung.
The parties discussed human rights and the right to self-determination.
President Sahakyan noticed that the right to self-determination had always been on the basis of Artaskh freedom fight, while the protection of human rights is a fundamental part of the statehood of Artsakh.
