On October 16, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov of the Russian Federation, Stéphane Visconti of France and Andrew Schofer of the United States of America, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and the accompanying officials.
The General Informational Department of the President’s personnel informs that the parties discussed issues concerning the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the situation on Artsakh-Azerbaijani border.
President Sahakyan reconfirmed the dedication of the official Stepaankert to the peaceful settlement of the conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, stressing the necessity of the restoration of the full-fledged format of the negotiations and Artsakh’s participation in all the stages of the conflict settlement.
