UEFA will consider the possibility of moving the 2019/20 Champions League final from Istanbul. “We will play our part in full respect of the autonomy and independence of sport, but we certainly cannot replace the UN, EU, States, diplomacies, ambassadors and other political institutions,” said UEFA VP Uva.
The final is scheduled to take place on May 3, 2020 in the Olympic Stadium of Istanbul.
