On the basis of the Prime Minister’s suggestions, according to Part 4, Art. 133 of the Constitution, as well as on Part 1, Art. 16.1 of the law on “Ensuring safety of persons subject to special state protection”, Grigory Hayrapetov was dismissed from the position of the NSS Head of State Protection Service.
