Azerbaijan has sent an official note to Russia. Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry informs that the note was sent to the Russian Foreign Ministry over the visit of the State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin’s visit to Artsakh.
Azerbaijan asked Russia to clarify Zatulin’s “provocative statements, which damage the bilateral relations”.
In addition, Azerbaijan demanded information on the financing of the visit.
