“Our country make a serious step towards finding its deserved place among the technologically advanced countries of the world. The coming three days are important not only on local and regional level but also on international, as the agenda of the Congress includes key issues concerning the entire humanity. Thus, we are partaking in the discussion of the most topical global issues,” continued Avinyan.
