March 1 case defendant Robert Kocharyan has been moved to Izmirlyan Medical Center. The PR Department of the Criminal Service of the Justice Ministry has confirmed the news, adding that the second president will undergo an ordinary medical exam.
However, Kocharyan’s attorney Hovhannes Khudoyan told 1lurer.am that “Robert Kocharyan needs a surgery and will not attend the hearing today.”
