Venezuela President Nicolas Maduro will arrive in Russia for a meeting with Vladimir Putting. He has announced that the discussions will concern the partnership in the dynamic of mutual relations, economy, culture and social affairs.
On the background of the complex political situation in Venezuela, the leader of the parliament Juan Guaidó has sworn in as acting president. The US and many other countries recognize him as president, while Russia, China and others support Maduro.
