Constitutional Court has suspended the examination of Kocharyan's request.
Constitutional Court judge Vahe Grigoryan presented a document to the Constitutional Court, claiming that several members of the court are biased and cannot participate in the examination of Robert Kocharyan’s request. The examination has been suspended until September 3.
