A new anchor has replaced the one stolen from the monument of Admiral Ivan Isakov, USSR hero. The previous anchor was sculpted by Robert Balayan and Gevorg Gevorgyan, led by architect Levon Mkrtchyan. The new one is not a work of art; it has been in the sea and has served a small warship.
