The lawyers are going to appeal the NSS decision to detain Khachatryan.
The NSS has detained former Chief of State Revenue Committee Gagik Khachatryan and his relative Karen Khachatryan with suspicion of abuse of power and misuse of large sums of money. Their lawyers are going to appeal the decision.
