The Investigative Committee of Russia has refused to start a criminal case against Khachaturyan sisters, charged with their father’s murder. The investigation confirmed that the father has repeatedly subjected the girls to sexual and physical abuse since 2014. The lawyers are trying to prove that the girls killed their father in self-defense.
