Arman Kirakosyan, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Armenia to the United Kingdom, was given a Medal of Honor posthumously.
Arman Kirakosyan, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Armenia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, was given a Medal of Honor posthumously for his long-term diplomatic service. President Armen Sarkissian handed the high official award Kirakosyan’s family.
