The visit of the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs to Moscow continues. Zareh Sinanyan considers the education issue a priority. There are over one million Armenians in the country, but there are issues concerning schoolbooks, teacher trainings, as well as teaching Armenian as a native language and even opening an Armenian school.
