Countries like Armenia and Belarus have a chance to be in leading positions in the XXI century.
President Armen Sarkissian, in Belarus on a working visit, attended the State University of Informatics and Radio Engineering, met with the management and teaching staff of the university. Igor Karpenko, the Belarus Minister of Education was also present at the meeting.
