Emergency in Zinavan residential building.
The residents of Zinavan district of Stepanavan have two ways of fighting against rainwater: to complain of it to the authorities and to place buckets at the corners of the apartment. The complaints reached the destination in April 2019, the works of replacing the flat roof with an inclined one began, but it led to a real disaster.
