Mihran Poghosyan has been released from Petrozavodsk jail and has been placed under house arrest.
In answer to the written inquire of News, the Court of Petrozavodsk confirmed that the former CES Chief Mihran Poghosyan has been released from Petrozavodsk jail and has been placed under house arrest.
