Ararat water consumers caused the greatest damage.

Eleven criminal cases have been initiated concerning the corruption charges against water consuming companies. By initial calculations, the state has suffered a damage in the amount of 2bln 857mln AMD. Ararat water consumers caused the greatest damage.
