Mihran Poghosyan was found and arrested on April 19 in Petrozavodsk.
The General Prosecutor’s Office informs that the extradition process of former MP Mihran Poghosyan continues. Earlier, the media reported that the Russian side had approved the mediation of former Compulsory Enforcement Service Chief and had granted him a political asylum.
