Armenia’s Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan will leave for Bishkek to participate in the meeting of the CSTO Foreign Ministers Council. The ministers are going to discuss the issue of legal loopholes in case of the early termination of the obligations of the CSTO Secretary General.
