20-year-old has become a donor for her mother and has saved her life. Liver transplant surgery from a living donor has been performed in Armenia for the first time. One of the liver lobes has been transplanted from daughter to the mother, giving the latter a chance to live. The transplant was performed free of charge in “Astghik” Medical Center.
