The lawyers of the State Oversight Service Davit Sanasaryan have appealed to the General Prosecutor’s Office, demanding to repeal the decision of the preliminary investigation body to bring charges against Sanasaryan. They also demand to remove the case from the NSS Investigative Department to another investigative service.
