Another ecological scandal is brewing in Lori.
The tailing dam of Akhtala mountain mine combine is full and is periodically contaminating the land and water. The residents of villages Mets Ayrum and Chochkan are complaining of various diseases, claiming that the reason is the noxious mixture of Nahatak tailing dam.
