The bell will again ring in the Talish school during the new academic year.
On April 2, Talish locals were forced to leave their village, which had suffered the most in the Azerbaijani attack. Three years later, Talish is the biggest construction site in Artsakh. Thirty houses are ready; the construction of another thirteen continues. The bell will again ring in the Talish school during the new academic year.
