The Mayor gave PACE President the decision by Yerevan City Council to name the square.
During the official ceremony Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan, together with the President of PACE Liliane Maury Pasquier, opened the plaque announcing the name of the square. The Mayor also gave PACE President the decision by Yerevan City Council to name the square.
