The issue was on the agenda of Gyumri City Council meeting.
Many residents of the multi-residential buildings in Mush-2 district of Gyumri still have no apartment ownership certificate. The apartments, received eight years ago, should have been privatized by 2016, but the residents had issues with documents and missed the deadline.
