Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited Araksavan with the Chief of Armenian NSS Artur Vanetsyan.
A new village has been founded in the Aras Valley. The initiative belongs to the government of the second Armenian republic. They intend to bring a new life to the border, to resettle it, to plant trees and to use vast lands for agriculture. Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan visited Araksavan with the Chief of Armenian NSS Artur Vanetsyan.
