For the first time in history, the Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia has delivered a speech at the plenipotentiary session of the Council of the Russian Federation Assembly. Ararat Mirzoyan has touched on the military and economic partnership of Armenia and Russia and has stressed the role of Russia in the peaceful settlement of the Artsakh issue.
