Artak Zeynalyan believes that the improvement of the juridical system is the obligation and responsibility of everyone.
On February 26, Artak Zeynalyan participated in the event dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Criminal and Civil Courts of Appeal of Armenia. The Minister of Justice has mentioned that one of the most serious challenges of this development phase of Armenia is the improvement of the juridical system, whose integral part is the raise of the public trust level towards courts and justice.
