The Standing Committee of Defense and Security Affairs of the National Assembly gives another chance to the young men, who have left Armenia, avoiding military service. Armenian citizens under 27 years may return, avoiding criminal responsibility. The bill must still be discussed in a plenipotentiary session of the Parliament.
