Artsakh celebrates 31st anniversary of Artsakh Movement.
The Artsakh Movement emerged from the underground on February 13, 1988. President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan received a number of Artsakh Movement activists, discussed the building of a state with them and issues concerning internal and foreign policies.
