The director of the Association of the Blind of Gyumri and painter Tigran Hakobyan have started working towards creating jobs for 500 visually impaired people. They produce oil paints, gouaches, acrylic paints, painting oils, watercolor paints for canvases and wood. The paints are made from stones, metals and essential oils of Armenian nature.
