On December 18, the Investigative Committee made an announcement on the criminal charges against former Police Chief Vladimir Gasparyan. The activity of Gasparyan in 2012, before the parliamentary election, attracted the attention of the law enforcement based on a report by the former owner of King Deluxe LLC.
