The building belongs to Ani-97 LLC.
By the decision of Yerevan Mayor, the illegal construction at the address 1/3 Gyurjyan, Nor Nork, occupying over 1100 square meters, has been in the process of demolition since early morning of November 12. The building belongs to Ani-97 LLC. The owners claim that the City Hall actions are illegal, as the court is still examining the case and they have not been informed of the decision to demolish the building. The City Hall answers that the building was being built without appropriate urban development documents and building permit.
