Saryan’s paintings was put up for auction with the guarantee of art critic Shahen Khachatryan.
Saryan’s painting, worth 400.000 euro, which was one of the works from the painter’s early Egyptian period, appeared in a Paris auction. The initial price was 25.000 euro. The director of Saryan’s Museum Ruzan Saryan claims that the painting was put up for auction with the guarantee of art critic Shahen Khachatryan.
