Construction works have begun next to the Holy Sign Monastery of Tbilisi, which is one of the six churches that has been fighting for a status. Despite the warnings of the Georgian authorities that no stone should be moved from the church, a part of the stones in the yard was dumped to waste. The company that is building a hotel next to the church argues not only with the priests, but with the residents of the territory, who are worried about the fate of their houses.
