The 11th Forum of Francophone NGO opened in Yerevan. Armenian PM complimented Michaëlle Jean on the opening of the Forum, mentioning that her presence in Yerevan is symbolic and important, as in a month, Armenia will host the 17th Summit of the International Organization of the Francophonie.
