A meeting of the RA Government took place on July 19, presided by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
The Prime Minister touched upon the incident in the village of Panik, Shirak.
“I consider it a provocation against the alliance of Armenia and Russia and a provocation against the autonomy of Armenia,” Pashinyan said.
