Special Investigative Committee has discovered misuse of millions by the employees of the Compulsory Enforcement Service.
The CES had exact around 65 million AMD in 2016 and 38 million AMD in 2017, but it was not done. About 200 debtors’ property was evaluated with lower price than the sum to be exacted. Notifications of prohibition of over 40 people were not sent to the Customs Office. The people imported cars without any sum being exacted.
The investigation is in course.
